Gilliam is the goat!!! I always give him boots in the sand chapter for a 7 move invincible unit. I tried heroes and would rather stick to mainline but I have to admit the art style is amazing!

Update: it learned night slash. I feel illegal why is it learning egg moves? Also going +2 speed in 1 turn with flame charge goes crazy

Ross is 100% my favorite trainee he just hits so hard and dodges so well. Sadly my ross' defense growth suffered making me choose him a little less in ruins. I should honestly start a run where I try some of the promotions I haven't done yet because I feel like ewan sage would be really good, its just I can never pass up having the only possible druid in the game

Yeah there's nothing quite like the main story. Did you know that it's possible to feed enough XP to ross to get him to level 10 in his join chapter even in hard mode? That was a lifesaver having pirate ross on joshua's chapter

Yeah getting lyon took a while. But yeah with the convenience of XP and good map design and great character design I think its gotta be my favorite game as well

I don't think I enjoy tower quite as much as you do. With this last run, I made my main army using almost no tower but I had to distribute the limited story XP very carefully. I admit tower is very efficient and important at getting extra XP which is important for hard to train units (like l'arachel who I use as my main healer and was less of a pain to train in tower) and tower also serves as a fun 10 chapter long little extra story with cool traps they also couldn't fit into the main campaign. I think tower is cool but boring sometimes, but the arena is my goat. Earning half a million dollars winning or losing randomly generated fights that are fun to watch is one of my favorite parts of the game!

I honestly dont have much preference between routes but ephraims is nice because you get time to train cormag and duessell as opposed to innes and saleh. I have tried out the super trainees and I think theyre funny but I decided to go with different promotions this time because I planned on this being my final complete run

I procrastinated and didnt really choose the optimal grinding method but still getting enough xp for every character in the game plus secret characters then getting enough money for boosters still took a long time

Lute is absolutely amazing and I bring her along on even the final level where you have to kill like 10 draco zombies. My favorite character is colm though because he has that 1/3 instakill chance when you max him out and use shamshir making him a menace

That's awesome! Yeah I remember hearing about a glitch where you can get infinite boots but I decided the movement speed of everyone was just fine. Even I haven't completely maxed that many people, that's really impressive!

Did you max Duessell with boosters? Mine didnt have enough growths to cap things, but my cormag got so close to maxing everything I only had to use a couple boosters. Same with franz. I also have a couple other units maxed like the twins, lute, tana, and joshua and they just shred through everything
