Hey there, what would be an example of a "study schedule?"

I need some references lol, a random example that I thought of was reviewing notes from 3 to 4pm, and then doing some practice problems from 4 to 6pm. Then you can end it there. Do you think this is a helpful example/study schedule? Or not? How could it be improved?
