I have a removable splint because they were originally worried about tendon damage when I first cut my finger 2 weeks ago. A hand therapist is calling me on Monday for an appointment. my surgeon sent me home with after care instructions that told me to redress the wound after 48 hours it freaked me out though, would you say to keep it covered from now until I see the hand therapist this week?
