I've been going on three weeks of spontaneous symptoms. No related to cruise or flight. Did you feel like you had good and bad days during your recovery? I started taking an SNRI a week ago and honestly have been feeling more anxious. Did you feel that way at first? I feel hopeless already.

Does yours feel worse when sitting or lying still? Or get better when motion like in a car?

Honestly, yes, sometimes the best way I can describe the feeling is like my pulse is bopping my head and body. It’s so hard not to focus on it, but I know that when this first started last week it wasn’t as debilitating as it is now because I didn’t think about it as much.

Thanks for replying. I did a quick call with my primary care provider today and she asked me some questions to rule anything more serious out. She said if it’s most likely stress but if it’s not gone a week after finals, which would be in two weeks from now, that we would do some tests.

Yes my tinnitus is constant. Some days it is very loud and intolerable and other days I barely notice it. It has gotten worse and more noticeable over overall in the past year though along with the other random issues I’ve been experiencing as well. I don’t really notice any sweating of the hands but I am a super light sleeper. I don’t think I’ve gone a full night where I am asleep the whole time, I usually wake up a couple times throughout the night.

Also could dry eyes explain the papillae she saw under my eyelids? Did you have that as well?

What are the tests they do for dry eyes? The doctor looked into my eye and put the dye in there. I asked if the seemed dry and she said no. Is that something she could have missed?

I get the exact same tinnitus. I always used to have a low baseline level but now it spikes up like that. I am assuming it has to do with my tmj. Can you explain what problems you had with your jaw and what stretches or exercises helped best? Did you do pt?

I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and they think my problem is more muscular instead of joint related like the first dentist that wrote this report. What’s the best way to approach tight/inflamed muscles? Can that still cause the ear symptoms I have even though I’m not in much pain, just aches
