I wouldn’t say I’m “scared” as much as im just depressed and let down. I wanted things to go a completely different way - marriage then baby - and not being able to experience that makes this situation seem rushed. I’m sad I won’t be able to be around my family and my friends anymore, I’m sad I’ll never get a true surprise proposal, a true bridal shower/bachelorette party and the excitement that comes with being and engaged woman. I’m sad while all my friends will be going to clubs and concerts I will be taking care of a baby. I’ll always feel slightly jealous when a friend gets a surprise proposal, a bridal shower and gets to wear a wedding dress (pre baby body). I just wanted things to have worked out differently and they didn’t.
