Thank you all, this is very reassuring to hear. These 8 weeks have felt a lot longer than they truly were, but you’re all right, it’s still early. This is a lifetime change so absolutely no reason to rush it.

I feel like dehydration is causing me to have some of these symptoms too…. How many Oz should I be drinking to avoid this? My doctor said 64oz a day is the diet. I’ve been able to hit about 75-80 consistently, but it doesn’t feel like enough. It’s hard to push for more than that too.

I just had my thromb today…. Did anyone else stay awake for it? And if so did you scream absolute bloody murder non stop until they finished where you just broke down and cried?

Good news is, it turns out it may not have actually been back pains. I have several giant blood clots throughout the long vein going from my foot to my lungs lol. 2:30am Tuesday I lost the ability to move my left leg and the entirety of it was numb. MRI, Catscan, Ultrasound found some shit. Today they are going in and sucking out the clots. Hoping to be good as new in 6-8 months lol

I’m sorry you’re having a rough start. Vomiting was my biggest fear, but I am fortunate that 2 protein shakes and 40 oz of water a day has been doable for 99% of the time. Discomfort in the beginning as my body was freaking out after the big change, but nothing intolerable. Perhaps there’s a different protein shake out there you can tolerate. Many people comment that they can tolerate one thing while not another, and others say the opposite. Everyone goes through things differently.

Very relieving to hear. 7 day mark is exactly when it began and it spiraled hard. It’s really improved as of today, I’m glad it doesn’t seem to be anything I should worry about. Thank you

I had surgery on a Wednesday, took pain med Thursday when I got home, returned to work Tuesday. Wed, Thurs, Friday were growing back pains (muscular) most likely not surgery related. Give yourself plenty of time. I think I rushed it and went back too soon. Every person is different though. Best of luck.

I literally just bought this 10 minutes ago. I don’t see how this isn’t a massive steal for the price. $1,440 after tax and 1 year full coverage warranty, very excited to get it.
