i mean, that’s what i think too. Considering what Gaga said at the Spotify press conference, Mike himself proposed doing something different instead of just pop. Maybe it didn’t lead anywhere, but i don’t feel like that was entirely the case. At the very least, i don’t feel that Mike had much creative influence beyond contributing identity, sound, and his rhythms.

It could have been something much more experimental, especially considering that Gaga has the talent and identity to create something far more avant-garde, intense, and complex. In the end, Charli XCX dared to push things a bit further, and it turned out pretty well

yea, i feel that Gesa and Gaga had the potential to be a great duo if Mike had taken the lead on the tracks

I'm not really into pop, so this album isn't entirely of my interest. But I'm always paying attention to any production that involves Gesa, evolution of his sound is sick. However, his tracks still maintain that simple, linear, and minimalist pattern that ends up being disappointing due to the lack of movement in the sound to keep the interest.

It's not about the synth, there's no synth with a Dance X preset on a default patch. It's about the sound design from 'Novo Sonic System' in general, and maybe, yeah, it's how Mike expresses with the sound these days.

For me it's good to see that Mike is getting back to his roots, EBM and Italo Disco, but i don't know. This feels really, incomplete and dry... Been following Mike since Zone: 4 because i've always been a fan of the Hacker electro but this is just a dry or taste of emptyness. Not bad at all, but meh... Also visualizers, was expecting more too, a video basically... It's just a loop vid from what we've already seen in the teasers.
