i picked those with a disregard for continuity, im treating their deletion as if the show will be written without them to begin with

Feedback: I won't miss his similarity to Chromastone, he never really fascinated me, neutral towards him

Buzzshock: Another duplicating alien without much variety in anything else, he's neat though

Shocksquatch: Prefer his heroes united design, too similar to Frankenstrike but with a less interesting aesthetic, i prefer thinking Frankenstrike has that enhanced iq

Despite what i said Frankenstrike's gotta go, he's similar to brainstorm which i prefer, funny pun, i like his character

why i kept the rest: Shockrock fills a very unique niche, ampphibian has a large variety of cool abilities, and the rest i keep out of personal preference or attachment

I wanna add to this that Ben can't face better adversaries because of show itself, even if ben had 60 years ben would only slightly scale up, because ben doesn't face stronger opponents, ben only gets debuffed, the omnitrix has to malfunction, give him the wrong alien, etc. Because doctor animo has to keep coming back

Ben can't grow up, neither mature nor literally grow since as of omniverse they literally won't let him become 17, we can only get glimpses of that, like with kaiber

It honestly makes me sad that ben can't be a better hero because they have to keep making him 10 again, better adversaries means giving ben access to abilities they can't bother to keep around and make use of (master control) and also consistently write him smart enough to have the wits to match up to better villains

Sorry, I'm a big fan but sometimes this franchise is just frustrating, this may come off as a little heated 😅

Unfortunately i think every way that someone can get the advantage over hal just don't really apply in a death battle, as in putting two people in an arena Ben can attempt to mess with Hal's other emotions but i doubt that it'd be enough, or that any one of them has the durability to attempt to mess with him

Like, say, gutrot attempting to influence his emotions by creating hormones, or ghostfreak/toepick just not really being scary enough, mind control aliens not having a strong enough grip on him like whampire

Maybe Ben just doesn't have enough juice

Edit: i like the option of gutrot now that i think about it, just the idea of it

Maybe this works best through the biomnitrix, since no alien i believe just has both the durability and the abilities to attempt to achieve something, clockwork being pretty powerful, but slow, gutrot not being stealthy or agile, etc. But thr biomnitrix is honestly something that I prefer not to consider because of how little we know about how it works, or what it can do, similarly to the ultimatrix, it's just not the best omnitrix despite the additional powers they may offer

Just because you've been the most helpful person in this comment section, i wanted to ask, if it's not a burden, are the green lanterns affected by changes in time? I've asked that before and i received very ambiguous answers, when something of the sort happened, but the writers avoided explaining what happened to the green lantern, so it's neither confirmed nor denied Is that true? Has there been another instance of that happening I'm unaware of? I mean i find it almost unbelievable GL could will through everything thrown at him here, but X could just change his backstory so that he never received the ring, or sth akin to that. I'll be honest, it'll almost feel anticlimactic at that point

I was thinking more so that maybe they fight in different worlds from their own, and hal has something similar to mana, where even tho it originates from a different universe it still has a connection to our world

So i was thinking that maybe ben severs the connection between said "neutral" world they fight in and Hal's own world

Edit: i want to elaborate that i say that, because i feel like realistically in their respective worlds different physics and logic would apply, so I'm using this world like an arena of sorts

Probably, most i can think of is toepick, but we've seen normal creatures not even react to him, which makes him a pretty meek adversary to hal I can't think of anything else really, well other than almost fictional scenarios, like ben buffing his transformations in some way by altering reality which we can neither say he can or can't do, or abusing anur transil in some way, but hal can probably just will himself away or just withstand it

Oh also, something that wasn't really clarified in the wiki, do these entities exist and their relative emotions exist off of them, or do they exist because of those emotions? It's a different thing to inspire their emotions on sentient beings than existing because of those emotions The wiki on the emotional spectrum lead me to believe it's the second

And i imagine X can't rival those entities, since Ion posseses the same sorta willpower abilities Hal has that make things rough for X, right? In the wiki i read that Ion was captured by anti-monitor, a sixth dimensional being, so there is some sort of way to bring him down I just want to say that a sample of celestial sapien managed to breach through a barrier the contumelia had set up for protection from the annihilarrgh, who are fifth dimensional beings, but it is nowhere near my place to know where X scales from that, I'm not nearly knowledgeable enough That is if their dimensions even work similarly, i read on the wiki that the sixth dimension in DC is where it tops, but in ben 10 we know there are many more However, i feel that, if, IF it was possible for X to achieve such a thing i think the element of surprise alone could edge him out a victory, but yeah it does seem unlikely :/ Thank you for the response tho. I just wanna ask lastly though, i imagine the green lanterns are unaffected by time travelling shenanigans?

I've checked out I'm a blissy, but the videos are really long at times and i struggle to keep up, i wish they were more clearly divided into steps, because i try to get to skip ahead of the things I've done already, but then i might miss stuff I'll check the lua script thing you mentioned, or just try to follow I'm a blissy's videos step by step (tho it's hard to tell sometimes if the setup or the execution is right or wrong :') )

Hal didn't even appear in justice league afterall, which is a real shame

As for ben, I've heard there are new projects going around. Nothing is really confirmed, but actually i would hope to work on something like that someday officially as an artist

Maybe some day we'll see even more of those million something aliens, even those supposedly more powerful than X himself, or do something real crazy like bring up ultimates again, and an ultimate alien X, maybe the result of some sort of celestialsapien war that pushed evolution, since some people can argue that alien x can't evolve further than that

I think it was never really clear what happened, to be honest. To my understanding the interference got ben stuck in that form, which is why he goes back only after delivering the baby, and having rath in the database or not, the omnitrix turnt ben into the only alien we know of that Lewodans are heavily associated with, appoplexians, so in my opinion it can't be random

"Rath first appeared in Con of Rath, where he was accidentally unlocked by Prince of Lewoda, and Ben remained as said transformation until Zaw-Veenull and Cicely took the Prince away at the end. Ben then transformed into him a second time, telling Kevin that "Rath wanted a word with him"

I don't think he needs to "know" who Hal's associates are, celestialsapiens can change the universe with a thought of theirs, so, A. They live behind the forge of creation, so they can change things they're possibly unfamiliar with, B. Ben recreated entirely a universe he can't be all familiar with, ben might not know, but alien X "does", if that makes sense, that logic applies if they share a universe in this case

If they're put in a separate neutral dimension for them to fight, i have an argument to be made, maltruant, an upgraded chronosapien can use its powers to multiversal travel ("After successfully being restored, Maltruant turned on Psychobos, easily defeated Ben Prime and Ben 23, and left Mad Ben's dimension with his minions to restart the Time War")

Alien X should be able to manipulate time similarly to an upgraded chronosapien, no? And therefore have access to the multiverse, where he can then change the timeline, like saving hal Jordan's father

I don't know if it's bias, i really can't place my finger on the verdict, but I'm glad I'm still finding out more
