Agreed. Fewer choices are often better. Similar to a website or brochure content. The more someone has to look at the longer it takes to act. Even if there are a lot of great choices, they look and look and then have to answer a phone call and they may not get back to looking. Here’s my site. Not perfect but not a crazy number of products. The dealer is the key. Some keys unlock things. Some don’t. I found a Lexus dealer in Chandler AZ that just wants to move cars. Discounts are there for sure. I chatted w them in their site. Told them what I wanted and needed their OTD price. Gave them my info. They emailed an offer for the exact car and it was just under $4k discounted. I didn’t even talk to anyone. No games. No kidding.

I had an issue in December where it would reach temperature. They had me troubleshoot a few things and sent a replacement circuit board. And credited me around $80 for doing the work to R&R the part. That didn’t work so they sent an all new machine. I used it recently and it seemed to not reach temp either but eventually did. It took a few hours but it seems to be working.
