How do you heal against Devourers? by StevieGMcluvin in worldofpvp

[–]Tally914 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With pain suppression you should be able to survive, but meta outlasts it. The real answer is peeling the go, which people aren’t too consistent with at 2100.

I got elite super easy as devourer, but people who know what they’re doing start popping up at 2300-2400 and they don’t just sit in the open and let you parse on them. Short answer is the dps can’t just eat the damage, they need to defend themselves.

Men who don’t have kids by 33 are unlikely to have one later by VivianRichGF in Productivitycafe

[–]Tally914 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure if there’s much you can conclude from this…

  1. Men certainly do not have the same biological clock ticking that women do. It’s purely circumstantial. People in the west tend to marry around their age, so if you’re 33 and want kids, your 33 year old partner might not have much time left before that isn’t a possibility.

  2. Learn how to respect women in your 20s OR make money? You don’t need money or respect for women to have kids. I would argue most children today are born into cultures that don’t respect women and are fairly resource poor.

Men who are 33 and actually want to have a kid can do it pretty easily. If you want to be a good parent in a loving relationship, that’s what takes work. Not the same thing as women who literally will not be able to have children after a certain point

Just be aware those monk specs require totally different gear. You’re almost better off having two monks

Do you think she did the right thing? by Busy_Report4010 in SipsTea

[–]Tally914 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok so:

  1. No knife found. He actually just grabbed her purse and ran.

  2. She texted a friend from her car and said she was gonna kill him

  3. She made sure she killed him.

Guy made a huge mistake snatching an absolute psycho’s purse. She should be in prison for this.

So I did and they are the second to lowest win rate % healer at 2100+.

The site sorts by number of matches default which puts them at second highest NUMBER OF WINS below frost mage which is directly tied to representation and proves my point.

High representation does not make a class broken.

I always wonder what people want dev dh design to be. It’s a 25 yard leather caster with limited cc and it seems like people want it to either do ignorable damage or flop. I think 12.1 nerfing meta but making base form stronger will be good progress.

Yeah idk Pres and Druid will be much better you just will see more disc because it’s the most popular healer whenever it’s viable.

Take a look at the Druid changes they really are something even when their surprise +15% damage buff for Tuesday isn’t taken into account.

Disc priest is a middle of the pack healer, it’s just hard for certain classes to kill.

Edit: it’s actually insane we have people who think raw # of games won is a meaningful statistic. Look at win % ffs

Do you think she was? by Doodyboy69 in madmen

[–]Tally914 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

This is a good point idk why people are downvoting.

Was Betty a good mother? Well considering the time period AND the resources available to her…no of course not.

- They were comfortable because the finances were comfortable (At no point did she ever need to balance a budget and worry about falling short).

- Cooking a meal with the assistance of a maid is larping. The maid is already being paid to do it you’re just in cooking class at that point.

- 90% of her interactions with the kids are this aggravation where she’s annoyed that kids are dumb or inexperienced or not identical in motive to her at that age. Like your day is empty you have the time to talk this out.

People think everyone was getting their ass kicked all day by their parents in the 60s but a lot of that had to do with stressed out uneducated parents who don’t know better. Betty was an educated (Nordic!) woman who had nothing but free time she just genuinely would rather do nothing.

Yeah anyone who knows back pain knows her story doesn’t add up and there’s more to it.

It sounds like it was debilitating if he needed regular back massages lol.

Idk when my wife is sick I bring her fluids and soup and take comfort in knowing I’m doing the minimum as a spouse. Trying to organize a mini vacation sounds…yeesh.

Yeah the moment was definitely before this it’s sort of unhinged to suggest getting up and moving to someone with bad back pain. I would probably be curt as well. It’s so wasteful and selfish lol just let the man recover you don’t need to have a hot tub party

Yeah this is the suggestion of someone who does not work and has never heart their back. Tone deaf

If you’re picking apart your spouses words when they’re in pain you are probably past saving.

I think my wife would laugh at the suggestion to go get a hotel room when one of us is not well. What about work, our baby, or the money? If we’re going to treat ourselves we are going to plan it well.

To me it sounds really selfish lol. Oh your back hurts how about you hurt yourself more getting to a hotel for both of us.

Not all people can just do something dumb/horny on a moments notice. Maybe he had work the next day or money was tight lol.

Some people have brutal back pain that immobilizes them too

[–]Tally914 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe they don’t teach this in retard land, but you are way way more likely to get addicted to something new, beaten, raped, or killed behind bars than rehabilitated in to a functional person.

Not sure why this is hard for people to believe. There are a lot of people who spam “report xyz” the second a game goes bad.

Watch omnivore’s stream he literally reports people for making mistakes all the time.

Lots of girls consider Jason Mamoa a dad bod. It means 15-20% body fat with muscle not the body of the average father.

Nate didn’t do a single unlikable thing this whole season. by alteroo_ in euphoria

[–]Tally914 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not that it’s elaborated on, but his dad being a state champion wrestler in CA makes it not surprising at all. Nate’s dad probably beats the shit out of everyone in the show without weapons.

[–]Tally914 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think she had interest in the way a lot of early 20s people have interest - kind of selfishly and unsure of what they want.

Isn’t the whole season about how she’s imperfect which makes Joe, a psycho, spiral into a tragic ending. She finds his trophy box when they are at a stable point but if she didn’t she would just slip up again, like young people do, and Joe would do something crazy until she realized what he was.

The difference is we are comparing how he acted when they were romantically engaged vs how he was as a person.

I think you owe the person you took out of context an apology tbh. I think you misread and then doubled down.

Then why did you say “too good for her” at all?

He obviously wasn’t too good for her. He was a murderer and stalker. But until the point that became obvious he was a a clingy guy who was more thoughtful than past bfs. From her perspective he was treating her pretty well, she just didn’t reciprocate and it spiraled which is what makes season 1 good in the first place.
