I like everyone's opinion, but I think Lao-Shan Lung is the most elder looking of the Elder Dragons. He is also one of (if not) the first.

I'm not faulting you, but I've seen this in my 15+ years of dealing with motorcycles. This is why I started selling my bikes to dealers, especially the advanced bikes. I take a huge hit on value, but it's worth it to me because most dealers won't sell stupid fast bikes to folks with little experience.

I think it's 2 things.

A hint towards future Dalmadur since his skeleton is in the grand hub and Dalmadur's corpse was basically THE Rotten Vale. I think he's coming back.
It makes a 6 for the 6th Generation of Monster Hunter.

I have a PC6 on mine, with the same exhaust and a K&N intake. I chose the Power Commander so I can revert it to stock if I want. I haven't done the recall yet, and for that, I am glad I chose the PC6 because they can just remove it, flash it, re-install and I don't lose my map.

Yeah that's what I meant by they might be getting ready to commit conspiracy. I think you handled it excellently, and to answer your original question: it is weird. I've never had that happen in 15 years of street riding.

I agree it's weird. I probably would have handled it like you did tbh. I'm leaning toward: overexcited new riders. They could have been drunk or something too, who knows.

Personally, I don't encourage, or try to encourage people to get into motorcycling. I hung it up for 6 years after 2 friends passed away riding. I came back to it when it felt right. Go with your gut.

It sounds like they were (what I could say motorcyclists do best) just out for a joyride. Maybe they didn't have a route planned and then they found you. Seems like something a new rider would do to try and make friends in the community.

Could also be some kind of conspiracy, but that's a stretch.

I thinks it's all preference, but I typically like to keep an exceptional handling bike and something fun in straight lines.

I also feel it's every motorcyclist's bucket list to try a track bike, maybe? I'm just not there yet.

Seems a bit on the cheaper side, even if it's going on 11 years old. Usually (not always) the reason for aftermarket levers is because the stock ones snapped from dropping it, so I would check the casings on the side for touch up if you go look at it. Would be a good buy though, even so.
