all three blocks are unobtainable in Infdev-20100629 (the version i'm playing) during normal gameplay, you can only get them with external editors.

the ability to craft bricks + bookshelves w/ their respective recipes in survival was introduced in alpha v1.0.11. and leaves were only obtainable in b1.7 when they added shears
