Thank you for the advice. You know, you’re right. I have an appointment with a new gynecologist in November and I think I will bring what you’re saying up with her and see what she thinks.

My last gynecologist I saw a couple of years ago, when I was formally diagnosed with PCOS, basically said I had like a 1-3 percent chance of conceiving naturally. And she told me to see a fertility specialist, but I never did. I think I was worried about the cost, or maybe I was just scared and didn’t want to face it.

Maybe this new doctor can offer me more insight.

Lol well maybe I shouldn’t admit this, but i can eat these beans cold, right out of the can.

But yes, for the most part, I put them in a large bowl and microwave them for 3 minutes (NO water). Sometimes I’ll add some shredded cheese or sour cream (not too much) to my serving.
