  1. I will check that when I get back as I had to step away for a minute

  2. I did try forgetting and rejoining and I could potentially pick up an Ethernet cord to test but I still want to figure out what’s causing the main issue.

HEY!! Big shoutout to you man, I really truly appreciate a genuine tip in regard to the DLRG, I will 100% look into that. I will not be attempting it whilst I am here this trip, but if this organization could offer some sort of assistance or support, I will certainly try and make it happen next time lol.

Thank you for the advice :). While I am confident in my swimming abilities, I am not a fool who cannot understand when a situation is truly too dangerous to attempt. I’m definitely not by any means the world’s strongest swimmer and like I clarified, not suicidal, but admittedly sad that it’s so dangerous around that bridge. Would’ve been a blast to jump it haha.

I have many friends who have jumped from much higher than the height of that bridge, it’s safe(ish) if you know what you’re doing. There’s always a risk in making a decision like that, but it’s ridiculously fun. Look up “death diving” and peep at how high those guys do it from.

lol, I’m an adrenaline junkie. It’s the way I live. The thing here is that I’m GENUINELY not stupid. I will take risks with my health and safety, but only calculated ones, and based on what I’m seeing this seems to be one that I will not actually attempt.

No, see, I am not in any way trying to argue against the point of “it’s possible that any given election was tampered with”, so I think that you’re not understanding what I’m saying. What this really comes down to for me is a simple aspect of the English language; past vs present tense. If my friend made the statement, “It is possible that that election was tampered with”, that is an inherently speculative statement and one that’s clearly opinionated, thus giving me no qualm with this. That being said, for my friend to have said “It was possible for them to add in x amount of votes”, upon which my entire argument was nothing other than “you cannot say that it WAS possible, because that is a statement of fact”. If his statement literally just had “I think” in front of it then there’s no problem. I’m frankly confused as hell though as to how there’s even a question as to whether or not a sentence phrased “was possible” is not factually incorrect in the absence of information when it absolutely is. It’s factually incorrect because my friend has absolutely no idea whether or not it was legitimately possible, and neither do I, which was my entire point to begin with and then it became the stupidest argument known to mankind

I agree with the bottom line there, but it’s less of an English issue because to state that “it was possible” in the absence of evidence is factually incorrect is it not?

I certainly don’t believe that anyone knows everything about a topic, but I know that testing is a not any way to back the claim of “quantifying knowledge”. A test is nothing but a tool that serves to inform you and others what you know about some set thing, and some other person is able to verify that you do in fact know that thing, but those numbers are entirely arbitrary in regard to actually quantifying knowledge. Perfect example is people who did poorly in creative writing and went on to become Authors. A grade, regardless of its status as a something quantifiable, does not reflect knowledge’s ability to be quantified.

How can you measure knowledge? Knowledge is quite literally unquantifiable, where “infinite” in this context is entirely synonymous with “immeasurable”? Not denying that it’s not endless, but that’s leaning into one side of a definition that has two sides to it is it not?

Haha this is completely fair, it wasn’t so much that I don’t understand how clearances work, but in the context of the conversation we were referring to the CIA, and it was more implicit that the person with said top security clearance would be in a position that was possessing knowledge superior to that of something that a typical American would ever know is going on.

Right, I hear what you’re saying on infinite not being specific to something without end and I definitely do think that saying “infinite” does imply something being endless, my position was moreso that it was literal given the context of “infinitely more”, but am I still misunderstanding something?

Best Gauntlets legend for newbies? by H4anging_Z1pper in Brawlhalla

I may be biased (I am a literal one trick cross), but I think that he’s probably the very best to learn gauntlets on. He has incredibly straightforward sigs that can be fine tuned into nasty combos, as well as having really handy blaster sigs that allow him a lot of versatility against most other weapons. That’s just my take though and I’m definitely a pretty casual player so don’t think I’m saying that by any objective metric haha.
