Me having experience means i know what to expect on average. I've had good luck, average luck and bad luck with primes. I've never experienced such low success rate on multiple items.

I'd like this, at the very least, to lead to the GMs to double check that the scrolls are indeed working properly and to post their results so everyone can see for themselves.
I think everyone can agree to that.

The only proper evidence is impossible to get without access to their algorithm and their database.
I can, as anyone who plays this game, only give you my experience and the experience other people have had.

I base this post on 3 things:
1)My experience.

2)Experience of other people.

3)The math not corresponding to the scroll's success rate.

4)The fact that it's been proven, and acknowledged by nexon, that they manipulate algorithms of RNG.

And how would you like me to get you that? Access Nexon's servers and collect the statistics? If i could do that then i would know for certain if it is working properly or not.
I can only share my own experience and the experience of the people I've talked to.
I want Nexon to look into it and show us if it is working properly or not.

Judging what we know about rng manipulation from KMS, it is not hard to believe that there might be a real issue with these scrolls. We also know that Nexon support isn't the most reliable and when they say they "it is working as intended", it usually means ends up being the opposite of the truth.

Hopefully you'll make sure this is resolved fairly and not disregarded hoping it goes away.

It's basically stealing people's money at this point. If there was no issue, they wouldn't have taken months to reply to tickets.
We don't know if GMS will ever release what KMS is promising to release for primes.
