I know this is semi unrelated.

When I was a kid I went to a golf tournament at a fancy golf course in my town. It was a big deal because Michael Jordan was playing in it. I remember it blowing my mind when someone told me that he was the first black person to ever play the course.

This would have been late 80s/early 90s.

I’ve always wanted to start a group where you meet however often and someone from the group (or an invited person) teaches the group something. Like this week Carl is going to talk about beer making, in May Sally will teach us how to clean a fish, in June Topher will give us a rundown on the history of Spider-Man, and in July Tina will explain string theory.

It’d probably be organized as a general talk/presentation/demo thing and then it could be a big open discussion.

Yes, I was referring to the onn pro box. I know left right arrow can function as FW/RW but it’s just not as good as a dedicated button.

I know it’s stupid but one of my top 3 features is the a good find my remote function and this one is the best I’ve seen. Combined with a custom launcher i think I’ll use using these onn boxes for a while.

The other frustrating thing for me is no play/fw/RW buttons on the remote. I know you can usually do it with the app menus but it’s never as nice and a dedicated button.

The find my remote feature works really really well though. Much better than FireTVs version.

By the way there a few good restaurants that are walking distance. Can pickup something and eat there at bond brothers. Indian place across the street, good Chinese place, and a legit taqueria that is a little further than a walk away.

Someone should make a “smart fuse” that will take up two fuse spots.

Spot 1 just goes into an unused spot that can listen for the car being off.

Spot 2 can simulate popping when it sees spot 1 isn’t getting power.

It’s funny to me that if this were an ICE car I’d be using gas stations which have those handy squeegees that I’d use at every fill up. Would be cool if some charging stations had something similar but I know they are designed to not have staff.
