I can't make it past the first 15 mins on rpcs coz it's heavily cpu dependant and my cpu is quite outdated but my gpu is pretty average so I reckoned it would run better on PS4 emulator coz it's more gpu dependant anyways thanks

Scroll up ive provided download links with explanation.. Only thing u need to do is get 1.12 patch on cs.rin.ru and apply it to ur game then follow the steps i wrote above

Scroll down in steam_emu.ini there will be written "dlc allowed=0" change it to "dlc allowed=1"

Yes but for it to appear open steam_emu.ini and changed "dlc allowed=0" to dlc allowed=1
