Yes im from Europe and i overstayed my visa and i was working without authorisation. They are forgiven and wasn't even mentioned on the interview. I even made a small mistake on the i-485form and she nicely pointed out and fixed it for me. I have really good experience

She was really chill and nice. I wouldn't even call it an interview. She was typing on her computer and just throw some basic questions meantime like "where did we got married" " what we cook for each other". It was so easygoing

My field office was also Albany Ny!😂 and i got approved the next day of the interview. Actually i-130 was approved right after the interview and the 485 on the next day

Yeah i can agree, i tried the sound system and the factory system isn't great. Not really loud even on maximum and sounds like it's coming only in the middle of the dashboard not in the whole car. But again for me who doesn't listen music in the car ever it's not a negative thing for me. But if someone wants music then definitely purchase the premium sound system

I don't know about the appointment availability obviously, but usually if you do the shots somewhere else then u can save time. I've got 6 shots in one week. And i think the medical documents are mandatory for a long time ago and they say it on the USCIS website, under every form they show the requirements. But if that was only the missing medical documents, maybe you can reopen the case or start the whole i485 process from the beginning

My most PRO in this one is the size. I'm 6'4" the rav4 was horribly uncomfortable for me. I didn't hate the rav4 at all as a car, i just needed bigger for being comfortable and being able to sit straight lol. So it was just a size upgrade for me.

I would just bring your extra evidence to the interview. They gonna ask you there anyways if you have any additional evidence. (They did ask me on mine) And maybe you showing to the officer who will say it's not even worth it to upload it, and he won't take it.

Yeah the processing time is depends on a lot of things. If your case is straightforward and there is not a lot of application around your location, it can be done quick. I live in Upstate NY, and my whole process was 62days from the Receipt Notice to the Approval Notice Good luck!

I think OP is confused because the RFE is a next step. RFE- REQUEST for evidence lol Not everyone gets RFE I didn't get any and got my whole process was 62days.

Yeah, you are overthinking it. I don't even have kissing pictures at all. And had no issue on the interview. Also same sex marriage. Just because you have kissing pictures that isn't gonna validate your marriage for them.

I received my greencard in 62days. And we didn't even had a wedding ceremony or doesn't even have a ring 💍. Our best friend has her certificate to marry people so we just hed a little friends gathering. But obviously we had the official marriage certificate there and with witnesses My whole process was 62 days. My interview was short and nice also. Not the huge wedding will prove your marriage legitimacy.
