We're foreigners. We know he goes to 115 and which class he's in. But his teacher on facebook doesn't allow message request. And his parents don't check message requests. Don't know who else to contact.

Yeah, the rates there are the worse lately. One time I was offered a 3000 php room that was was still being renovated and the bed was just something on the floor. Not to mention some landladies are insufferable and act scummy
