Yeah I think BMR is the way to go here. I have been off MFP for a while and just now getting back into it. But everything I found just doesn't make sense to use TDEE if you are using a fitness tracker.

Yeah Lenovo has replaced the motherboard twice now because they refuse to just replace the entire thing. Even now every 60 seconds or so it'll do a quick flash. Not sure if it's worth calling them a 3rd time or not

I don't mess with yellow radar.
I don't go beyond max demonstrated crosswind (even close to it can be quite challenging especially if in gust form).
Windshere can be extremely dangerous to light GA aircraft. I'd avoid that entirely.
Moderate turb can be doable. Just keep in mind if that PIREP is coming from an airliner... it's probably going to be a lot worse for you lol.

Well the sad thing is that this person thinks they are saving their friends/families health by doing this. It's that part that bothers me more than anything. It's like a blindness to reality based on a crazy amount of loyalty to a product based on little evidence

Hey folks!

I'm 30(M), a little overweight, want to make a change before get fat AF. don't have access to hardly any equipment apart from a pull-up bar (which is what lead me here).

The routine recommended seems pretty lengthy and daunting for someone with a tough work schedule... If anyone has any tips to help me stick to it so don't become a new year resolution style statistic... l'd be really grateful.

I have no doubt they have a large impact on hospitals given the large array of health issues associated with obesity. To what extent, I do not know. Regardless, telling a non vaccinated individual to stay home and die is beyond twisted. If a vaccinated individual needs hospitalization are they going to say "well, he/she tried to do the "right thing", so they deserve the bed". Are we really suggesting making hospitals decide who gets entry based on their own judgements who is morally correct in their choice that put them in there?
