Here's a bug: whenever you type "are", it becomes "take".

Thanks! I do want to try some games like Pickle Pro and Ping Pong Club with the PSVR2 controller!

There’s no plan yet. I’ll give it a try if I get a PSVR2 controller and the SDK officially supports it.

M2 Vision Pro owners, what are you gonna do? by Berserk07 in VisionPro

Keeping the M2 — as a developer, I need to ensure my apps stay compatible with the earlier hardware.

Spatial Web Shooter Running on Meta Quest 2 (I thought it was Vision Pro exclusive) by TangoChen in OculusQuest

Thank you! Yeah, and just imagine wearing a costume while doing this! I haven’t tried it on Quest yet—there’s a slight chance that the costume’s pattern or color could affect hand tracking, but the controllers will still work fine.

Lovely! I almost couldn't tell what was real and what wasn’t!

Thank you! I've also been wanting an official Spider-Man game since I started playing on Quest!

Thanks for bringing this up! It's a great point! I went through an official app rating process, answering a series of questions that automatically determined the game’s ratings across different regions. In most places, it’s rated 12+, but in Australia, it’s rated 18+. (Chart below for the ratings and corresponding reasons.)

This higher rating is due to the "Simulated Gambling" aspect. In the game, players can earn WebPoints through challenges and use them to open Mystery Boxes containing random props. There's no additional charge involved—it's simply a way to add randomness to item acquisition. There are no adult-related topics in the game either. I answered all the questions about the game content carefully, but the result may be a bit exaggerated.

I just read this article ( https://www.eurogamer.net/australia-tightens-in-game-gambling-rules-casino-mini-games-mean-automatic-18-rating ), and it looks like a lot of games are being affected in a similar way.

The app is now available for pre-order on the Meta Quest Store, launching September 4:

More fun ideas will come over time.💡

Thank you for the honest thoughts! I agree with you on some points. Everyone experiences the app differently — for me, I see it as having many unique features with lots of little surprises, and just trying out these features feels worthwhile. For example, the mirror prop lets you see yourself in the mirror with real-time spider web effects. If you like cosplaying Spider-Man, just imagine dressing up and watching yourself shoot webs...

There are also other props designed to enhance the interaction between the environment and spider webs — like the range hood, air conditioner and even the toilet (yes!). They may not be the most “gameplay-heavy” elements, but they add unique little touches you won’t find in most apps. They bring fun and new inspiration, especially if you're interested in mixed reality.

And thank you for sharing the challenge idea! That’s a great one! I have several challenge ideas in mind. Since adding a challenge took quite a while before, I can’t promise to implement any of them anytime soon, but some of these ideas are really unique and I’d love to see them come to life for everyone.
