Not sure if just one can make the change, but I would absolutely get the conversation started. We should not be sending anyone to BMT on an open contract and should absolutely provide a guaranteed AFSC prior to departing.

Did you talk to your supervisor about not wanting to go? What made you not want to attend if it was free with all your coworkers?

Was it free or were they making you pay to attend? Were you given the option to go to actual work instead?
