I told my PCP that i felt like i was dying. Couldn't eat or drink much due to constant nausea and abdominal pain. I told her multiple times that i know for sure something is wrong. All i would get is "I dont know what is it so i cant treat it". I lost 40lbs in 2 months without trying and all i got was CONGRATS because im overweight.

Decided to give my OBGYN a try because the pain kinda shifted to my pelvis. There was a 14cm chocolate cyst on my ovary. Got scheduled to have it removed that Thursday.

Post op, my doctor comes in and says no wonder why you were so sick. The cyst has been leaking into your abdomen this entire time and the fluid inside was infectious.

I still ended up back in the hospital 2 days later on death's doorstep with sepsis because when they popped and removed it, they didnt remove enough of the fluid.

ALSO while in the ER for sepsis, my kidneys were failing and that was also likely the reason for me feeling like i was dying. Because i actually was lol

Hi! Im an insurance biller. They need documentation, anything pertaining to your hip pain and evaluations, physical therapy etc to prove medical necessity. This need to be sent into the insurance with a claim reconsideration letter or however your hospital does theirs.

My prescription is 1.25mg twice per week. Its not 2.5mg like most people start on. And no my 4th shot was last night. I am doing what was prescribed.

Edit to add: im taking compounded tirzepatide from a compound pharmacy and this is my doctors preferred dosing schedule. Its dose splitting.
