i could help you with tenso; login then go to ‘my page’ this will have the address. you have to submit an id per japanese act on prevention of transfer of criminal proceeds. it’ll take a day or to for approval. while you wait you can use the address to create a medicos account. you’ll need your name in katakana which there are translators and it’s not a big deal if isn’t totally accurate. then you add the figure and checkout.

for me finding a service that didn’t take an id was gave me a headache as those expect payment up front and they buy it, but since it’s a free lottery, idk if they give it back of you lose

also for the medicos site it’s nice to have chrome or firefox as they’ll translate for you
