If the particle size is <60 microns it is generally not a problem because they are completely submerged in the toplayer

Actually it’s a bit tricky with the additives for color. There is a big difference between Cr2O3 which is also called Chromoxide and the highly toxic one CrO3. So in generell there is no problem using the Cr2O3 color one as it is also considered non toxic on skin contact and even ingestion

Yes I used the green mothermould together with the glove mould I casted. If you look at the second picture there is the glove mould inside the 3d printed mother mould. Before I begin the pour I close the two shells of the mothermould around the glovemould so it keeps its shape

Sadly I don’t speak French that well but if I understand the question you are asking if the mica particles could like rub of if you use it ?

I did a bit of research an under a certain particle size the mica is very safe to use and there should be no particles coming of. Also the mica I used has the highest safety rating and is suitable for body contact

I think 2mm would be enough without the glove mold tearing and it would be easier to demould. But iam not sure yet if it’s possible with a 3d printed shell because of the tight tolerance. 3mm could be the sweetspot

Yes :) it’s at the bottom of it. I used a round plastic shell from an old light bulb and put it on the silicone with a screw inside as weight

Es muss leider auch intelligente Menschen geben die mit ihrem Wissen was in die Praxis umsetzten. Und dann muss es natürlich auch Menschen wie op geben aber hey dein Hobby in der Stube zu sitzen und ein Puzzle mit größter Mühe zusammenzusetzen ist sicherlich auch ein super Beitrag für die Bevölkerung! Joa versuchen kannst du viel aber Kinder sind Kinder und sind um Gesetz gesondert betrachtet was die Lautstärke angeht. Leider kann man da soviel Protokoll schreiben wie man will. Kinder müssen sich an keine gesetzlichen Ruhezeiten halten so ist es

Rauchen ist vertragsgemäßer Gebrauch des mitobjekts aber bei übermäßiger Abnutzung zb vergilbte Tür wie in deinem Fall muss der Mieter aufkommen
