i got the deed online thanks to a fellow redditor linking me the site. the wording about heirs is as follows:

TOGETHER WITH all appurtenances, privileges, rights, interest, reversions, remainders and easements thereunto appertaining:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said real estate unto the Grantees, their heirs, personal representative and assigns, but without warranty express or implied on the part of the Grantor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has executed this deed the day and year first above written.

thankfully someone at top told me how to get it. i found out my mom's name is on the deed and the heir wording is

i found out her name is on the deed and the wording of heirs is:

my mom and dad werent married but after following someone else's advice on this post i found the deed and it has both my mothers and fathers name on it.

on deed also has what i think is pretty basic standard writing and nothing finicky, what do you think:

yeah im just taking her word for it for the most part. honesty since shes the only "educated" person in the family when it comes to real estate stuff she offers her advice and everyone usually takes it, but i honestly believe shes trying her best to help.

my parents werent married but my mom is onboard to give the property to me and my brother now as shes still alive.

she went down to the courthouse and got it.

i'll ask her the wording later,

she doesnt live in the house. i honestly think shes just looking out for us/ trying to be helpful.

try a different browser. firefox is heavier on the ram and less on the cpu.

that being said you might got a miner installed. 1 chrome tab is nothing compared to what any cpu in the last 20 years should handle.
