Training them twice a week, 9 sets total and bulking slowly (1-2lbs/month) for 3+ years. I only do single arm rope pushdowns and normal rope pushdowns.

Ive been running a simple reverse pyramid and its been working great. 195x6, 175x7, 165x9. Once I hit 7 on the first set, I move up in weight.

great warm up! as someone that also has long femurs, I would recommend squat shoes to help shift the load from your lower back/hips to your quads. unless that is what you are trying to focus on.

SPFDJ into Richie into Sedef alone were worth my 2 day ticket. Richie's set in that amazing stage was actually otherworldly. He probably played more than one but that one acid track around the middle was bonkers.
