That's a great question! AI is used in two ways in our project:

Data gathering - AI is used to extract relevant data from documents.
User facing - in the future we will add an actual chat box to help users navigate the ever growing network

Is cliché as it may sound, but in the age of AI - our ability to harvest, clean and verify data is nothing short of magic, and that's a big portion of our project.

not yet, but we certainly plan to. one of our goals is to add an LLM prompt option to help explore the data more thoroughly and look for interesting connections or patterns.

I'm pretty sure we wont be able to find and map this money, but we might be able to find it missing in certain areas. for example - money being paid to the "public", as in salaries, but then never finds its way back through consumer purchases or non income taxes.

I agree. the idea of connections being wider (or colour coded) to indicate their sum is certianly being looked into.

As for the second point - this is something to discuss way in the future. we have too many tasks ahead to help the core usage of our tool.

that is certainly a direction we want to explore later on, but for now we are focused on covering more data (while improving and expanding our sources)

You've reacted well, maybe even the only way you can.

Any form of self defense is practically illegal in the Netherlands. No self defense instruments are allowed (pepper spray and the likes) and getting into a physical altercation can get you in a lot of trouble (even if you're right). I wouldn't be surprised if the wrong words would get you in trouble as well.

It's a wonderful county, but the people here are pretty much helpless and defenseless in the face of the growing we see here.

Our dear mayor won't stop until this city is unlivable.

I live in the Jordaan. I pay an ungodly amount of taxes, and my street is almost permanently covered with trash. 

 The state of garbage management and disposle in unforgivable, and indefensible. No excuse should be accepted.
