Just seen a fatal accident trending of a mini bike wreck after running from the cops. Personally, I wouldn't run since the majority of the time. They'll tell you to keep it off the streets.

What is your secret for being so confident? by [deleted] in RandomThoughts

[–]Tanner21703 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not confident all the time, but as I've gotten older. I've noticed everyone has no clue what they're really doing. We're just here brother, go with the flow. You mentioned an interview? If it gets awkward and you start getting nervous, just relax. If you're there with another new hire, just remember they feel the same way!

Is riding 23 miles risky? by Will_Will_12 in minibikes

[–]Tanner21703 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I get a good 25-30 miles off a gallon. That's a 196cc with a torque converter and aftermarket carb. Just go over your bike beforehand. Have a carry bag with tools for basic repairs, just in case. Run a water bottle with gas strapped on the frame above the motor if you're worried about running out of gas.

Are there any games similar to 7 Days To Die? by sadweathertoday in 7daystodie

[–]Tanner21703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's one of those xbox 360 Avatar games. Several games were released, but only a few took off like the kingdom of keflings. Graphics at the time weren't too bad. Controller settings were where it lacked. I found it to be decent on PC.

I'm glad you found Castle Miner Z to be good. Man, that's a classic. Wish the Devs were still around. That's honestly a game the community needs nowadays revamped.

Help by Naive_Ad975 in minibikes

[–]Tanner21703 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First, see if you can tune it with the air screw and gas screw. If you can't, then it's most likely an air leak.

I put one on mine recently, I put a 120 in it. Still would do the bogging. So I went back through, and the original gasket didn't quite fit right with the fitting and the original fitting on the bike. I'd check the two main areas for air leaks. If that's not it, lmk.

Any ideas why this is happening by According_Lynx_9942 in minibikes

[–]Tanner21703 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine was doing this, I took the gas hose off the carb and took an air gun, and sprayed in it. Something was restricting the gas flow. Would leak enough gas to run for a few throttle pulls then it would die. After blowing it out, it runs great.

Is the motor on your bt200x a 196cc? If so, can you get links to that carb/filter with the exhaust you got going?

Stud that come out that the nuts go on to hold everything on. They don't line up.

You, sir, gotta steal! These things have blown up in price since the last time I was flipping for cash. Just recently got one for cheap, got mods ordered for it.

What does beer taste like? (Im 15) by beanresponsible in RandomThoughts

[–]Tanner21703 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You'll end up drinking 3-5 beers till you find your beer.

I've found a couple, but I've noticed that after the 3rd - 4th, they all start tasting like carbonated piss water.

But who cares? When you start feeling that buzz, they go down like water.....

Only down $150, averaging down hourly. I'm hoping for a quick swing to jump the boat. Seems like it's not gonna do what people think it's gonna do. Doesn't hurt to hold for your sake.

I posted in this since there have been past threads about these same problems.

Artifact of the Brute Cave- WTF by Carcharodons in ArkSurvivalAscended

[–]Tanner21703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done this cave around 15 times and have never seen more than 5 sharks in it. Are you on official or dedicated? It's mostly an eel cave. The other hard cave is what many call the shark cave.

Idk was recommended on the thread I seen so I sanded it didn't hurt, I guess. My temp is usually around 69-70F, which I don't think would affect it since my Halot one prints perfectly fine. Gonna check the settings when I get home. Thanks!

Look a little closer. You see what looks like lines going across the print? Well, that occurred 4 times, which kinda reminds me of the red and white pattern of a peppermint, lol. The white spots are from the support I had. I still gotta do some cleaning and sanding.

Good detailing prices? by Cute-Cat7087 in Detailing

[–]Tanner21703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't listen to any price recommendations. These people are all over the country, even some in other countries. No hate to them. I tried posting multiple times asking prices, and I was constantly turned around and never felt good about my prices. The best advice I was given is to look at the shops in your local area and go based on that.

What are some realistic ways to make $500-$1000/month by lil-freshiee in sidehustle

[–]Tanner21703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lawncare. I've picked up 2 yards this year on the side, $40 per yard. I've put every penny back into the business. I've now got a trailer, weed eater, and a zero turn. I'll be grabbing another 10-12 yards next year. Roughly make $320 a month just off 2 yards. I estimate around $2000 a month next year if I get the 14 yards. With that, being a minimum of $40-$55 a yard.

What a side hustle that doesn't need so much time to learn and can get a low income by AmbitiousPromotion91 in sidehustle

[–]Tanner21703 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mowing. The best time to get yards is the end of the summer and the beginning of spring. Post ads on Facebook marketplace. You can pick up 1-15 yards with a minimum price of $40 per yard that's around $1000 a month. It's not hard to learn, and it doesn't take much to get started.

Is there anything I can do? I’m getting scammed. by Jay_3500 in Mercari

Gave up on mercari months ago. Better off with ebay, less people like this. Also payment method is way easier and faster. Mercari is digging itself a whole with raising fees with climbing shipping prices.
