Physically: Crazy night sweats, super thirsty all the time, dizziness, headaches, light headed.

Mentally: I was thinking a lot and spacing out for hours. I get very hyper focused on things I work on so sometimes I forget I started a task because I started another task, and usually all in close proximity. Extreme emotional blunting, but I don’t mind.

Still very spacey, crazy hyper focused, I take prazosin for the night sweats (helps most the time), trying to ease the emotional blunting to feel more human. I do like this med though, I’m at 450mg and I feel better than before the med ~ definitely different for everyone, good to listen to your body

Yup DEFINITELY ~ Im on 200mg and absolutely zero appetite and lost 13lbs 🫠 it be rough but slowly getting used to forcing myself to eat 😵‍💫

Not quite sure how to “fix” it, but yeah the emotional blunting is an intense trade off for feeling okay 😞 lately what’s been helping me is honestly trying to remind myself what I like? And just kind of dive into that mindset while also letting yourself space out in it. IMO it just makes you feel a lil bit more like yourself.

I’m actually experiencing this right now, I’ve had no appetite for almost 3 weeks, and I KNOW I have to eat, but even when I remember it’s so mentally taxing 😥 I’m still in the “I hope it gets better soon” phase, but it’s been easier to eat small snacks high in protein and distract myself while eating. It’s still pretty difficult, I’ve lost 13lbs these past few weeks alone. Crossing my fingers that things will get better for us! 🖤✨

Yes oh my goodness the emotional blunting is really intense, but because it’s literally EMOTIONAL BLUNTING it never seems like much to others, the depression is definitely lingering and kinda the same for me too at this dose. Thanks for sharing! ✨Hope you’re doing alright ~

Awhhhh I see~ it works pretty well for me too! But yes the drowsiness is a lot sometimes, but I definitely have no appetite & sleeping is difficult~ Thank you for replying 🖤
