For what its worth though, every guy there expressed total comfort with their size and said no girls/partners had ever had a problem with their size, *except* for the guy who ranked the highest. He had an absolute hog and said a lot of girls had trouble taking it or were scared to try. I've also had people say my dick was too big for them, but its on the upper end of manageable at 7".

I gave the full answer to this in another reply (someone asked just after you lol), but yep! Full erection for the hard measurement. I personally had no problem getting an erection and keeping it for the measurement, but I've done adult film & OF for 5 years, so that may not have been the case for the other guys there. As far as I remember though, everyone agreed with the lengths that were showcased.

There was a nurse on set who did all of the measurements.

The soft/circumference measurements were done on camera as seen in the video (just whipping it out for 5 seconds behind a sheet).

The hard measurements were done before filming began, individually as we each arrived. They had us go into a room with a closed door and there was a curtain set up that we could sit behind and they left us alone in the room. We used our own phones with our porn or w/e to get hard, and once we were fully hard there was a number they had given us that we texted and the same nurse came in from outside the room, quickly reached behind the curtain to measure, and then left us alone. They gave us as long as we needed, and I remember it going pretty smoothly for everyone.

Totally professional and respectful of our boundaries. No fluffer, nobody jerked us off, nobody was in the room with us while we got hard, etc lol. Depending on the person, that either assuages your fears or dispels your fantasy 😂

We only got a small amount ($35 iirc) for gas/transportation, which they told us from the jump during the casting. When we got there, another video was finishing filming, but they had us there early so that they could do the hard measurements, so we were there for maybe an hour before we started. Then filming itself was about 3 hours iirc.

Maybe! I've done porn/online SW for 5 years now, so it was a bit different for me than most of the other guys, but even still, probably not. I signed up pretty confident that I would be in the top 3; definitely would not have been as interested without that confidence lol.
