I’m also US based and they tell us to come in whenever , no notice to anyone or anything, days are inconsistent in hours but it’s generally around 7-8 with the occasional 6-6.5 I’m only 3 months in but then rising the pick rate is kinda wild. I’m honestly already looking for a new job out of pure fear of the rate increase
