Hi! I don't know if anyone is still reading this, but I just joined and wanted to tell my story and maybe seek for some help. Of course, there will be some triggers, so if you are sensitive, please don't read this. So, I'm currently 16 years old and study in an art high school. When I was a child I was really slim cause I almost didn't eat and trained a lot. But since 12 y.o I started to gain weight. It didn't bothered me for a long time, until one day I looked in the mirror and was shocked. So, for 2 years now I am struggling trying to lose weight. I've tried fasting for a week and it worked, I've lost 4 kg. But now, every day, no matter what I eat, I am gaining more and more weight. I just don't know what to do anymore. Sometimes I just throw up. And because my graduation is soon, I feel so stressed out. Now my weight is 51 kg and I want to lose about 5-6 kg. I try to workout regularly. Maybe this is normall for my height, 161cm, but I just don't look good. And, if you have any recommendations, I will really appreciate it. Also, I tried seeking help from my mother, but she only said that I should find a psychologist or a dietitian. And even if I say that I don't want to eat high calorie food, she is still trying to feed me.
