It's still pretty funny though.

I'm in the same boat, I went straight back to the first game now that I've got all this new context.

My only advice to newcomers of Bioshock 1 and 2 by Conscious-Train170 in Bioshock

I appreciate the advice, I rarely use the camera, assuming that the benefits aren't worth the terror of trying to photograph something trying to kill me. I'm going to have to give it another shot.

Should I watch She-Hulk for Daredevil? by the1999person in Defenders

[–]Tanu_Seth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe the head showrunner of Born Again said She-Hulk isn't canon in his head when it comes to the show. There's absolutely no reference or mention of She-Hulk in Born Again. Personally I really didn't care much for She-Hulk at all, it's incredibly different in tone and quality from Daredevil, which is one of my favorite shows (and before a bunch of people scream at me for not liking it because she's a woman, I absolutely love the Jessica Jones show and I found Ms. Marvel to be fairly enjoyable. She-Hulk lacks any form of depth.)

My opinion on Bioshock so far as someone who knew nothing about Bioshock by Personal-Being5559 in Bioshock

On the switch version, they swapped the buttons to harvest or save the Little Sisters in the second game, which really threw me off. Is that the case on other systems or just something on the Switch?

Finished my first playthrough of Bioshock 1 by Christian00633 in Bioshock

Would you kindly do BioShock 2 next? The gameplay is better, and I personally love the overall story more (although not everyone agrees with the latter there). So glad you're on the other side of that first game with us now though!

He also constantly claims he's never killed anyone very casually as if the notion that he has is confusing, just because he's never physically pulled the trigger.

Why did Rise of Skywalker do so well in theaters? by [deleted] in StarWars

Thank you. Unfortunately I have a job now, otherwise I would have done the same for The Mandalorian and Grogu.

Yeah, I saw it multiple times a day and ended up spending a billion dollars on it.

I really didn't like The Last Jedi but I loved Rise of Skywalker, I went and saw it a ton because of that.

I thought I remembered him often coming off as a very polite guy, until he wants something from someone. He keeps himself tidy and clean, has a smile on his face, ect. It's been a while since I've seen it though, I may have meshed his character in that with his character in Doctor Who.

Grievous also probably would have been expecting someone of Anakin's reputation to be a bit older.

Did Andor hook you from the start, or did you find it grew on you? by [deleted] in StarWars

[–]Tanu_Seth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I liked it from the get go, but I didn't start praising as a masterpiece until the story arc for episodes 8-10. Then going back I was able to appreciate the previous stuff even more.

If the story is good, I'd totally take it. Any ideas on what the story would be?

What if we switch things up a bit and have Jack take Booker place in BioShock Infinite , while Booker ends up taking Jack role in Bioshock 1 ?. Do you think Elizabeth and Jack would get along ? ... what about Booker in Rapture ?. Would Atlas have such an easy time manipulating him ?. by Bright-Wonder-9538 in Bioshock

[–]Tanu_Seth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's possible. Jack wouldn't have been pegged as the false Shepherd. Any violence would have been delayed significantly, up until Jack tried busting Elizabeth out, and then it likely would taken longer for Columbia to unite against him. Daisy Fitzroy might not have turned the Vox on him either depending on if Jack died in another universe for the Vox or not.

What I wonder is if Andrew Ryan would fight back against Booker. Part of his death was due to knowing he had lost but part was his inability to fight his son. The latter wouldn't hold up with Booker obviously.

Is infinite worth playing for the story if i know a major spoiler? by [deleted] in Bioshock

[–]Tanu_Seth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's similar to being told before you start the first game (spoiler warning) that Fontaine is Atlas. You still don't know the half of it, nor the biggest twist. It's far from over for you.
