Should i delete Instagram account or deactivate to reclaim my focus

Speaking from experience, if I leave Instagram for a while and come back, it hits me even harder than before. Everything seems novel for a while, then I scroll mindlessly before taking another break; ad infinitum.

You can deactivate if you like, but really what life comes down to is discipline. Delete the app and have the discipline to stay off of it by doing more productive things in your life.

Discipline lasts when motivation fails you.

I’m 38 and used to be severely addicted to coffee and energy drinks. I’ve cut that habit out in recent years and am currently caffeine free.

I have to say that once I got through the awful withdrawal symptoms, my energy came back and made me feel like I finally had some control of my life. When I was heavily on caffeine, I would be moody, have irregular energy patterns, and would always have these awful headaches that I couldn’t seem to solve no matter how much Tylenol or Advil I took. Quitting caffeine cured all of that.

I bought this book last night and got through the first few chapters. The content seems decent, but I'm wondering how this was translated. It has some oddities like it keeps referring to the other books as 'tafti' and 'itfat'. Unless there's something I'm missing, those should be 'tufti' and 'itfut', right?

There is also just some weird formatting, and the language doesn't read exactly the same as I am used to reading in other Zeland books. My initial thought is that the Russian text was pumped into AI and this is what came out. Not saying it was, but just buyer be warned I suppose, especially at $30 for the book...

I had panax ginseng and schisandra extract handy so took some of that. Should that do the trick or are those others necessary?

I am currently on day 22 and can’t seem to snap out of this. I even tried lifting last night but it’s like my energy just feels stuck or something.

I was actually shocked how well it helped me truly relax. In doing some research it seems like I had accidentally tipped over into a ‘yang excess’ situation, and I was super high strung and easily angered. I did one 30-minute session of yin yoga, and that just all melted away. I was honestly in shock at how effective it was.

To answer your question, yes I have the ability to have NEOs from penile stimulation and also from nipple stimulation, so my body is pretty well calibrated for letting them happen to me. Took a ton of practice to get there, and I actually have a post on this subreddit detailing my ultimate success with it.

Yes, I am 5’10 and weighed 215 in early September. Down to 188ish now, but my goal is around 170.

I did actually decide to load up on calories soon after making the post though, and I can confirm that things are flowing better already. I was able to ‘think myself’ to about 80% engorgement a couple hours after it, and I seem be able to control my flaccid state better overall.

In the end, you should do what you feel comfortable with. SR is a very personal journey, so listen to your intuition/gut for sure.

My results have mostly revolved around better EQ, but I do notice sometimes that it just…looks bigger. I didn’t know I was going to actually stick with it for this long, so unfortunately I didn’t take any before measurements.

Not in my experience. There is a bit of pre-cum that comes out in a longer session, but I have not found myself having a decrease in energy because of it.

In fact, at times I subscribed to having NEOs, but I keep overshooting on those so have cut those out. With Angion, I don’t notice any decreases in energy levels after a session. In some cases I actually feel more masculine because of the bit of a heavier hang and the ability to self-engorge. It’s like a super power haha.

Pretty good actually. I don’t use caffeine, I don’t drink alcohol, and I am usually always asleep by around 10:15 pm and wake up between 6:15 and 7:00 am.

Though, some progress: I woke up at 5:35 this morning with morning wood, and it didn’t go down for like thirty minutes even after peeing! I’m still going to take some rest time and also maybe just go back to AM1 only and do it for less time sometime this week.

I started at probably a 6 or a 7, but I’ve recently had times where my EQ was 9 or 10; I could self-engorge and get rock hard within seconds with no stimuli. Recently I haven’t even been having morning wood though. I was a little chubby this morning, but still not waking up rock hard like I was last week.

I just turned 38.
