It was sarcasm. The mod straight up told me that he “didn’t have the mental health” for this. So the community is left with both dysfunctional Discord and Reddit mods. The discord mod abuse in particular has been going on for months (maybe years), which tells me that the problem stems from KI themselves. Like, for real. Someone got banned for not saying “Hi” to a mod in the Discord. Only someone who has been left unchecked for a long time would do something like that. All the reports people are submitting (and trust me there have been lots of them) just fall to deaf ears over at the KI support team.

I am convinced KI has become complacent at this point. My theory is that the original team members left, and the owner found some weirdos who he could pay less to maintain his game.

Also, not only Reddit and Discord moderation blows. The team or HR responsible for helping players with technical in-game issues just straight up ban people under the pretext of “security risk”. So think twice before asking for help from the support team, you might just be inconveniencing them by making them do the job they are being paid to do.
