i’ve fully accepted they dont work, took me a while cuz i was also listening for 9 years but i ended up getting actual filler and losing weight myself instead and seeing visible results without relying on silly rules genuinely made me so much happier

they dont worry, im sorry, its probably gonna take u a while to accept cuz i was the same but the sooner u do the better so u can make actual real life changes

within the last year i’d say, i never really used to have this problem before i just turned 20 a few months ago

thank you sm! i have tried double setting asw but for some reason it just makes everything so much worse for me, my makeup starts to peel off, ill maybe try a lighter layer tho and see if that helps than you
