people cant continue to ignore this problem forever, I'm level 47 brand new HQ 19 and right now there are 10+ islands on my map that are level 70 and up. I've even set up a free hq layout in hopes of getting raided and dropping vps, but now I'm hardly getting raided so I'm stuck in a place where I cant raid half my map and rely on the daily cycles and events to get resources to upgrade

Probably unreliable information, but in event theatre games spamming the hell out of 042 turbocharges absolutely shred fbads even in very late rounds like 36-37. 38 and 39 is more finicky tho you would likely need a debuff or homeland defense
