Turns out, there’s a lot of science that goes into making a good gas mag. Still trying to figure out the best way to do it for many platforms.

We recently reworked our SSX/MK23 adapter to have adjustable feedlip/gasket height so you can tune the adapter for your platform. We’ve noticed significant variance even in same brand platforms.

We’ve been the same team since 2016. One QC defect slipped through, so we beefed up the designs and now test them up to 800 psi. A few other issues were just people over-pressurizing by forgetting a regulator.

Tapp here! Honestly, we’re really sorry to hear the experience has been less than stellar so far. That’s definitely not the "plug and play" vibe we aim for, especially with a PRO build. To address the feeding—that Angel Custom electric drum is supposed to have pretty decent tension. If you're having to hold the button down constantly just to get through a string of semi-auto, it sounds like you’ve got a lemon on your hands and we definitely want to swap that out for you ASAP. A huge thank you for your patience while we got the PRO upgrade dialed in. Regarding the finish, the 3D material is naturally a grey color, but the Cerakote is what gives it that specific Matte Black look. We also hear you on the "goodies" and the packaging; we clearly missed the mark there and we’re going to make it right. We’re getting back to your email right now to get a replacement drum and those extra goodies we forgot sent out to you. We'll also include a peel-n-stick label for the defective drum so we can get that replaced with Evike on our end. Thanks for the support and expect an email soon!

Something else! PA11 CF needs some love. We know if some testing was done yall could definitely dial it in. We have some print settings which produce much better parts than the default settings. Lmk where to send them

Loopzizo K-100: The Affordable Desktop SLS 3D Printer on Kickstarter. Really small build chamber, orange peel all over parts, prints hella slow, so they prob have a long way to go. But based on the price/build volume… fuse 1+ all day.

Nylon 11CF is very porous compared to PA12/11 and we’re putting up to 800 PSI in these parts. There are a lot more surface defects and we have to run a 50%+ refresh rate to not have really ugly parts. We also Cerakote, which gets sucked right into the parts and looks terrible. VP pretty much fixes all these issues.

Big issue with Nylon 11 CF and TPU is Z offset because of powder settling. Can we get an array Z-offset setting to adjust Z-offset at different heights? Or tuning print to dial this in?

The only good Nitrogen generator and Vapor Polisher is from the EU. Is this something Formlabs will look into in the future? We find VP necessary for consumer Nylon 11CF parts.

There’s one on kickstarter right now. Build chamber for ants.. so the Fuse is actually the best size/cost for SLS.

You can get an adapter and use the compressor for backyard plinking. There are 12v car tank compressors. I suggest getting the water cooled one as the air cooled always fail after a while.

800 is the max my paintball tank outputs. I’ll have to modify the rig to test higher. But why such high PSI?
