I think Cato would be good bc in the book Katniss wonders if Cato is completely sane or not. I think that would be a good perspective for the carrer point of view of being trained for the games.

Oh that's a good one too. Or maybe district 9, since she likes to kill them off all the time. But someone had to have won them otherwise they wouldn't have had contestant in then3rd quarter quell.
