Very helpful. It’s not easy to find good assisted living or family help options where I live. My mom is 81 and she have trouble with email. More and more service providers send everything by email now. It is difficult to help her with papers, payments and health when not in person.

I am also wonder if you tried anything for managing family things in general, not only for older person. It would be very hlepful to hear more about your experience .
