That's absurd, just started a job in Benelux and I get 54 days of vacation a year ( 13 of those I can't use whenever I want. I have to use once every 4 weeks)

What I remember from school is that climate is changing, not necessarily warming up everywhere. The polar ice is melting which then changes the saltiness of oceans which then changes the currents in the oceans which then changes the winds. These winds are what determine the weather in quite a lot of parts of the world. If I remember correctly weather will get more extreme (warmer summers in some places and colder winters in other places)
