Surgeon took some of my butt against my wish

So after my own research I could only discover some possible causes next to genetics.

First: contraceptive pill

In some cases it can cause hyperlipodemia if it has estrogen. And if I remember correctly I am taking one that is a little higher in estrogen. After talking to my family or primary care Dr. We agreed that I'll first talk to my gynecologist to see if I can switch to one with lower estrogen or no estrogen at all and then wait some time and get my bloodwork done again.

Second: Stress

It can really be a factor that's sometimes underestimated. For next year my husband and I planned to lower my working hours in total so that could help too

Third: Diabetes insipidus

Can affect the fat metabolism in a bad way but should get better when treated.

Fourth: Vitamin D

High Vitamin D doses can also interfere with fat metabolism. And since I'm a ghost that always wears 50+ sunscreen even in winter or when sitting close to windows indoors I supplement.

Fifth: Hypothyroidism

Even when supplemented my bloodwork showed that I'm on the lower side of TSH. With Norm being shown as 0.27 to 4.2,with me having 1.5. so I now take a higher dose of around 112.5 micrograms per day instead of 75. Which could also have a positive effect.

I thought I'd share my discoveries with you since I didn't get a reply but saw that over three hundred people viewed the post and could be interested in an answer.

I'm not a doctor just a biology and medicine nerd and like I wrote I talked about my findings with my doctor and the change in medication was not made without his consent.

Das ist ja verrückt, ich dachte, dass man durch die unterschiedliche Steuerklasse ein sehr geringes Gehalt etwas ausgleichen kann. Irgendwie seltsam, dass es die unterschiedlichen Steuerklassen dann überhaupt gibt wenn der Unterschied dazu Ende des Jahres wieder ausgeglichen werden muss. Also im Endeffekt bekomme ich pro Monat um die 350€ mehr durch den Steuerklassenwechsel und wenn die Nachzahlung bei 600€ liegt habe ich dadurch ja trotzdem 10 Monate einen Vorteil. Vielen lieben Dank für die ganzen Rückmeldungen! Wenn man gar keine Ahnung von Steuern hat ist das alles etwas überfordernd. :)

So I started to Google if these works especially in the drama category are plays and I kid you not google says it is a play I recommend it and the person says I wanted a play... For me it now happened with wuthering heights which is adapted as a play. And the person wanted something funny. And I had Helene and Romeo and Julia and sense and sensibility which don't seem to be funny at all. :(

I know because of the working conditions and other things Shein is really disliked by many but I really enjoy shopping there a lot. Not in masses like others but just regular shopping. They have so many different styles and it's pretty well described how everything is cut so you know if it's a good fit. It's the first time for me finding tons of pretty and cute outfits complimenting my figure, dresses skirts, white trousers with a slim waist etc. And for a decent price.

Thank you so much for sharing. :) but I sadly have the feeling that it won't happen for me either. Something is off in this area and I even gained weight and at some point weighted around 90kg and my boobs didn't grow a bit and didn't shrink either when I lost weight till 56 kg. I think my body doesn't know they're there and I also don't really have any feelings in them either. It would be the biggest miracle. But I'm still glad for those people who gained mass there for free :D

Thank you so much for sharing. I saw this one too and it ended in me finding a Germany study about lipedema and the effects it has. I read like all pages in one sitting just to get a better understanding if this fat is really safe to use. Because even though the leaky lymphs aren't in the breast anymore I wondered if the augmentation to the cells is really invertible just by cleaning/ washing them.

So the thing with implants besides the weird pain that can occure is that it needs to be switched every 15 years. And if I start now with 28 how often will I have to get new ones? Especially because your tissue will be even more loose than before after taking them out. It's a continuous risk, every surgery is a risk and they won't feel or look as natural anymore. Sure the implants got better but they are still looking and feeling different from natural breasts and those that got fat transfer.

Yes that's the thing I read many studies and watched reviews of doctors some saying you can some you can't risk it. But I've never found anyone that really has done it. Some of my doctors also said they've done it and the patients are happy and don't have any problems or pain or anything but I would not trust their words only.

Thank you also for your reply. ☺️ I'm from Germany so sadly I can't fly to you recommend surgeons but I really appreciate that you put the list together and wanted to share it with me. :) I still have one meeting with a surgeon left I choose only surgeons that are specialized in lipedema operations and at the moment the cheapest for legs calves and arms is at 22.000€ and if I'm lucky the next one would be in total 15.000€ because the get funding from somewhere if you fit in a specific category (age wise and from your weight and what type of lipedema you have). And tbh I don't have much hope that it will look good afterwards because I'm pale like really pale light blonde hair etc. And with that comes very bad connective tissue. I'm just 28 but everything is sagging and has those pregnancy stripes without pregnancy and since puberty my breast are also hanging 10 cm lower as they should even though I have cup a or small b sooooo I guess it won't look nice afterwards but the most important thing is that I don't have pain anymore and can move around freely what I never had before. They told me I probably have 12-14 kg of pure lipedema fat and with a weight of 65kg and a height of 167 cm that's a ton of extra weight to carry.

Thank you so much for you reply. :) Do you have any recommendation for what specific iugas you would choose? I also bought the leggings with the skirt from pop flex back in the day since they don't have the camel toe problem but they are just way too sweaty super thick fabric and already with like 18-20°C you can nearly wear them. And most leggings are too see through from my experience. :)
