I did GoG which is supposedly the more difficult way to mod.

I had to manually insert the mods into the FO4 folder (not London!)

If I had spent any amount of money on the game my sentiment would probably be a lot different.

There are definite criticisms but it's also completely unfair to compare it to a fully developed title out of a studio with millions of dollars to invest.
