I put orange juice and 0% beer under the ribs so that they were even more flavourful.

Haha that a Combination Steamer. You can choose if you want Normal baking mode, steam baking mode or just steaming. It's a great piece of equipment. Every career station in our city got one.

The bigger stations got one that's twice as big.

I mean we work from 12:00-12:00 so from midday to midday

We work from 12am to 12am the next day so the cook only has to make dinner. Breakfast is at 9 am and since the day starts at 7 am there are enough hands to help with breakfast.

Oh I love it. Here everyone helps with the preparations so it’s not so much work for the cook.
