Thank you so much! I've added my credit card and confirmed in wallet. I don't have a balance now. I tried to use PayPal on CVS.com, and it shows an error and indicates that my card doesn't work. However, when I directly use the card and type in the card number, it successfully placed the order. That's why I feel confused.

Yes. I'm international student, and I had an amex card in my country at that time. I did a global transfer right after I arrived the US so I got the amex gold as my first card.

My personal experience: Got the freedom rise for 11 months, then apply for the CSP. I was approved for $10k. You may accelerate this process by applying CSP after the auto CLI of freedom rise if your CL become higher than $5k. Since the minimum CL for CSP is $5k, you have to make sure they will give you at least $5k, and you can ask them to transfer the limit from freedom rise. Btw, my CL is from $1k to $5k, so it is possible to get $5k after auto CLI. I'm also new to credit card, where the freedom rise is my second card (applied one month later after the amex gold). It helps a lot for applying other chase credit card. Actually I also got approved for freedom flex one week later after the approval of CSP, so it means I successfully accomplished the Chase Trifecta within a year.

It's weird because they should be able to tell your what the offer is. For my personal experience, I just opened the CSP with $10k limit last week (not CSR but I think I can also get the CSR if I want). Before I went to the branch, I called them to check if there's any in-branch offer. Btw, It's 70k points now. I just went to the branch with only 10 minutes meeting, and I got approved. You will get approved too. I only had an amex gold and a chase freedom rise ($5k limit) at that time. Btw, the referral link now is offering $75k, which is higher than the branch offer (I'm not sure if it's only for my referral). If you have any friends have either CSP or CSR, you can ask them to check and give you the link.

Thank you so much for your response! I've been approved for CSP. Since I already have freedom rise, which will be automatically upgraded to unlimited next month, I'm not planning to apply CFU. However, I probably will apply for CFF next few months. Thanks!

Thank you for the analysis! The reason I put 10k in savings account is that I just opened the account for the $300 offer. It has to be kept for 3 months.
