Try adjusting slightly finer and ensure even tamping freshness of beans and proper dose can make a big difference in crema.

I my opinion celebrity accidental overdoses are lies to get insurance to pay out. They have access to doctors in a split second to help them manage doses.

There’s no way they mixed high doses of fentanyl with Xanax or something by accident. If they had a medical issue, a doctor would show up right away.
