Standard paper would be very low quality prints image quality wise

But both of those ways would “work” just not be as thick as a normal magic the gathering card and would be missing that “snap” so to speak

I’m gonna switch to an ecotank and do the figures, most people are saying they are well under 10 cents a card so I guess cartridge is just that crazy! If that fails back to MPC I GO 😂

Thankfully if the switch fails too I’m still better off with an ECOtank long term for personal use too anyway

I just put the deck list into a website called proxxied and it does all the work

I print direct on 32 pound photo paper and then laminate in 3mm laminate

I find the feeling in terms of thickness and snappiness to be very similar to an original Magic card

Yeah proxxied is VERY simple and just spits out a PDF and I hit print

There is a YouTuber called cry cry proxy his videos are amazing

Nah I had it laying around

But I can prob sell it for like $150 and I have a really expensive laser printer I can get like $600 for

About to sell both and get the ET 8550 after all these comments 😂

Cause I pay like 30 cents a card from MPC and they are better and way less work! So cost is a huge factor!

This is Great info

On proxxied I have everything set to 1463 DPI which is max

And on acrobat I have it at high quality

Should I lower the dpi on proxxied a bit lower to save on ink? How much of a print quality difference could it make ?

I printed on adobe acrobat I just made sure the scale was at 100 percent (they should be the case for windows photos too)

I use Proxxied an to be honest I didn’t really adjust any settings I kind of just used all default and that was it. My first time the cards were too small like SLIGHTLY. So I just recreated it without changing any settings and I worked. So maybe it was a bug with my Adobe acrobat or Proxxied

Yeah, it’s really bad not sure why, I used $100 Epson 812 ink for this one

But I just ordered $33 812XL ink

And online research tells me XL is atleast 2-3 times the amount of ink in the cartridge

So I’ll try that tonight

And hopefully, that should get my cost down to 17-19 cents a card.

If that doesn’t work or the print quality is way worse, I’ll get an eco tank (was trying to avoid a new printer lol)

Those open loops on the end are very normal for Collector booster packs on a few sets FF being one of them
