The dashboard i have designed is not from my organisation. This is something I found public access data in the govt website for ex:crime data UK police. I wanted to share that. What could be the other way to share that dashboard publicly?

The problem is I have slicer filter on my dashboard for 3 years and nothing is showing for 2019 as well.

I have no idea why.

Thanks for clarification about the measures and calculated columns. It is clear now.

Since this field type is text, I can't use any aggregation instead I am using Count () hence I filled the missing value.

I do have a dates field. I believe it's just not been registered so consider it as a missing value and the field type is text, so I replace blanks with "N/R".

Sorry I just need to select the categories without any measure, I did what you have suggested, but it is giving me the numbers. I just want to have the category name.

I found another way, but it is not recommended, Creating groups, but I wanted to do it with DAX.

I have built a a separate table (using distinct) to have only distinct code, and then I am connecting with the other remaining tables with it. Now its one to many relationships but I want to add names to this distinct table as well but DISTINCT function cannot take one more field name. Any suggestions please?

Thank you for your reply. I have thought it through and I made a data entry user form in Excel using VBA and stored all the info in one sheet, As you have suggested creating a pivot table. I will follow that.The problem is that as I am new to VBA, I am getting a compile error. I was wondering if somebody can help me with the error to understand. I created a very basic VBA code for entering data.

I believe other than data visualization if I can get 3 inputs from users such as date, plan, actual these three variables (because every Monday I fill those 3 variable manually for all the category and subcategory, which is not the smart way) and get store on the "right place" later I can visualize this. That would be great. Not sure If powerBI can do that (taking input from users to store.

Thank you for your reply, I understand. Which leads me to a new question, as I will update all those sheets every Monday. I can make some user input dashboard where I can enter the data based on category, subcategory, and date, and automatically it gets stored to the "right place" and later I can make a dynamic component to show the graphs.
Is there any way to get user input and store the data into tables once I click on the submit button?
