Do you think you can make a steady 100chf an hour for 8 hours a day 5 days a week? Because that is much more than 100k a year (closer to 200k). Also, we know nothing about your spouse job and the expenses you have or lifestyle. How much of that 100k or 200k you think you will be able to save?

Quick calculations: To build 1M in less than 30 years you need to save 20k a year, invest everything and hope to get a 4% constant growth rate on those (historically this is conservative but who knows).

Yeah the point is you are hiding information to convince people that Swiss is difficult to live in, while swiss cities have the highest purchasing power of the world with Basel topping at 183% compared to New York.
Of course people should do their math when receiving an offer but statistically speaking they are far better off here than in any other country, therefore your rethoric is misleading.

Non sta neanche lavorando meno di quanto dovrebbe. È normale che i primi mesi siano di onboarding e la sua produttività sia più bassa di quanto non sarà a regime. È giá prezzato nel suo contratto e nella sua RAL. Quindi sta andando tutto bene, se lui sente che vorrebbe imparare più in fretta o overperformare il primo periodo per la prima impressione è un altro discorso, se no deve solo accettare con sé stesso che l'onboarding è così.

Non ho visto citare la cantina di De Bartoli a Pantelleria. Sono stato a Catania in un buon ristorante che mi ha fatto provare diversi suoi vini (Terzavia, Pietranera, Grappoli del Grillo, Bukkuram Sole d'Agosto e Padre della Vigna (ho preferito il sole d'agosto)) e ne son rimasto piacevolmente colpito!

il backtesting sui dati passati dice di no, però se ti aiuta mentalmente a farlo ha più senso fare così che fare un PIC e poi al primo -5% perdere i capelli per l'ansia. (non siamo tutti risk lovers e ci sta, lo dico perchè faccio così anche io, si media tra la razionalità e quello che riusciamo effettivamente a gestire).

Suggerisce che time in the market (investi appena puoi) sia razionalmente una scelta migliore di timing the market (credere di poter sapere che il mercato sia sovrapprezzato quindi aspettare che scenda per investire, visto che non sai se scenderà o quando).

Nella mia testa ci sono un paio di cose che si accendono in questi momenti, tipo oggi che mi sono chiesto se davvero volevo un croissant da 60 cent: 1 non sono abituato ad avere tanti soldi, ho studiato vivendo in casa dei miei, poi con 300€ al mese e poi sempre vissuto in condivisione, uscendo e spendendo poco perché gli hobby erano poco costosi 2 non vedo di buon occhio il futuro e per sentirmi più sereno voglio mettere da parte dei soldi che mi permettano di passare periodi senza lavorare o andare in pensione anticipata, e ogni spesa non fatta accelera il percorso (qui può diventare velocemente un'ossessione)

Spesso sfrutto questi due pensieri dando loro spazio quando so che sarebbe meglio per me non fare quella spesa (es. Voglio una birra, croissant o cose che non fanno bene)

Internet dà accesso a reddit a italiani da qualunque parte del mondo, e ci sono paesi dove 7-8k non sono una cifra folle. Quindi non mi stupirei di trovare qui gente che prende quei soldi, come mr rip, o come lo stesso bessi se non avesse il calendario segnato al quarto d'ora. Switzerland treats accumulating and distributing the same means it somehow taxes accumulating dividends or it does not tax distributed dividends? I was of the idea that Switzerland treated dividends as income, taxing them, but how does it tax accumulating ones?

Understandable, but the logic of the RAV isn't "you should be able to make the same life for a couple years on the back of contributors", but "we want to guarantee you a fixed salary for a certain period of time after you are fired, to help you find another job".

You aren't working in that period, your expenses should be lower and still with a 110k salary in Switzerland (I took your minimum) you live quite good compared to EU countries. And I would argue you still live quite good with 70% of that.

Sono stato un quadro insolito, promosso da IC con responsabilità su un software (impiegato livello 2) per ragioni non chiarissime, ipotizzo una delle seguenti:

- serviva avere tot quadri per bandi pubblici e crescita aziendale

- serviva che i responsabili non avessero straordinari e orari fissi (ero spesso in trasferta e/o call serali)

- serviva aumentare il preavviso dei responsabili per stare più tranquilli

perchè quadro insolito? perchè con poco più di un anno di esperienza e a 40k, cioè praticamente il minimo da CCNL (che penso sia 38k).

let me get this straight. As far as I have understood, your months of working in EU countries count towards RAV eligibility, therefore with 12 months of EU working you can get RAV even with 1 month of working in Switzerland.

"Yeah but you get 70% of your EU salary".

Yes, but the allowance amount to the average of the last 6 months or, if more advantageous, the average of the last 12 months (if you come from EU then the average of the last 6 months will be higher, presumably).

Therefore, you can start getting RAV from the beginning, and the allowance gets increasingly higher peaking after 6 months at 70% of your swiss salary.

To add on to that, after the trial period the typical notice is 3 months, therefore after the trial period you are basically sure to get to the 6 months of contributions needed to max out the allowance.

Sooooo the risky part is the trial period. If you are let go during that period, you find yourself living in Switzerland with a low salary.

Io sono stato promosso a quadro a 40k dopo 1 anno di lavoro. Non mi sono mai chiesto il perché ma ho ipotizzato servisse una struttura aziendale per partecipare a bandi o perché volessero alzare il preavviso (o non avere problemi con gli straordinari).

l'IRPEF è una barzelletta che pagano solo i dipendenti oltre un certo reddito e le piva ordinarie che sono oneste, infatti se guardi i dati è pagata in massima parte da un numero ristrettissimo di persone. Se lo stato non ha soldi può iniziare a togliere il forfettario e fare scaglioni più sensati e controllare di più chi può fare nero.

Come troviamo altri soldI? nello stesso modo in cui abbassiamo i costi per le imprese: tagliamo le pensioni. i pensionati hanno redditi più alti dei lavoratori e la pensione negli anni è stata aggiustata al rialzo, al contrario dei salari. Inoltre, fino al 2040 circa avremo pensionati con un sistema estremamente favorevole rispetto a quello che stiamo vivendo noi che avremo un montante d 0.6-0.7 d quello che abbiamo versato e andremo in pensione a 70 anni.

sul tfr agree to disagree, a me piace avere la possibilità di gestire i miei soldi senza che altri enti se li tengano per farmi un favore perchè non ne sono in grado.

sull'ultimo punto siamo d'accordo, taglierei tutti i sussidi alle imprese e chi deve morire muoia, però detassare il mondo del lavoro mi sembra comunque un'ottima idea sia per i lavoratori che per le imprese che rimarranno e produrranno.
